951 Construction is owned by husband and wife Kevin and Kathy Page, high-school sweethearts. The focus of 951 Construction is to help people stay cool inside their Southern Californian homes and businesses. The first step is attic ventilation, specifically whole house fans. The second is air-sealing and heat-blocking foam insulation in walls and attic or roof.

951 Construction is dedicated to energy conservation measures provided with competitive prices and a high attention to detail and quality. It is a real construction company that sells directly to customers. We do most of the work ourselves and hire subcontractors when needed.
