951 Construction is owned by husband and wife Kevin and Kathy Page, high-school sweethearts. They have 3 kids who have all developed construction skills by necessity, but are planning their own careers and going to college.
The focus of 951 Construction is to help people stay cool inside their Southern Californian homes and businesses. The first step is attic ventilation, specifically whole house fans. The second is air-sealing and heat-blocking foam insulation in walls and attic or roof.
The first work truck was a little Toyota pick-up. Kevin crawled into 2 or 3 attics a day all over Southern California, installing whole house fans in the heat of the summer. Kathy stood at the bottom of the ladder to hand up tools and assist where she could. When it cooled down for the Winter, fan business slowed, so they launched the second construction specialty, foam insulation. From the day they bought the first foam machine and started injecting in walls and they have always had work. Today, they spray walls, inject walls, attics, and roofs with a fleet of 3 rigs.
951 Construction is dedicated to energy conservation measures provided with competitive prices and a high attention to detail and quality. It is a real construction company that sells directly to customers. We do most of the work ourselves and hire subcontractors when needed.
